The Hall is suitable for a range of uses. Single events such as dances, wedding receptions, parties, celebrations and meetings. The hall can be block booked for regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly events such as children's play times, classes and sports. The Diary page will help you to find a spare slot in the schedules.
Subject to availability, the Hall, Bar / Kitchen and Pavilion are all available separately or together. All users have access to the foyer and toilets, while users of the Pavilion also have their own toilets – for full details visit our Facilities page. Our hire charges are set out below.
All booking requests must be made in either writing on the official Application Form or by returning a completed pdf version. Both require written confirmation by our Booking Officer. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions and the payment of the hire charges and security deposit.
In addition to the hire charges, in the case of single bookings, a security/damage deposit is required. This will be refunded in full provided the premises are left in good condition (see table below).
